About us

Recognising the scarcity of available psychological support, psychotherapy counselling was developed by Dr Vandana Narula PhD psychology. With more than 23 years of experience as a Practising Psychologist, Principal of School and Educational Administrator, Dr Vandana Narula recognised the need to provide a solution to everyday therapy that addresses the changes of time and proximity. Visiting a psychologist or therapist may discourage people from receiving services that they want and need. This space was created by her to provide top quality free psychological support and therapy which is easily acceptable to all.
If you are feeling suicidal
This service is not intended for suicidal and other emergencies which require a more immediate form of help. If you have serious thoughts of committing suicide or you feel you can't just take it anymore call.

- Or phone a trusted friend, colleague or relative and ask them to come right away.
